The shooting for Iranian movie 'Midday Adventures: Blood Trap' has wrapped up.
Directed by Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian, the movie finished capturing scenes in Tehran on Thursday.
Produced by Seyyed Mahmoud Razavi and co-written by Hossein Torabnejad and Ebrahim Amini, the sequel will be made in political genre.
‘Midday Adventures’, a political drama that portrays the terrorist atrocities of the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) in Iran during the 1980s, was crowned best at the 35th Fajr Film Festival in 2017.
It also bagged 4 other Simorgh awards, namely the Audience Favorite Film, Best Scenic Designer, Best Costume Designer and Best Film with National View at the event.
